Refund, Cancellation and Waitlist Policies

 

No refunds will be issued/studio credit only

 

To avoid being charged full price for missed bookings, reservations must be cancelled at least:
3-hours prior to start time for ALL weekly and pop-up aerial arts classes.
24-hours prior to start time for all onsite or at-home private yoga or aerial arts sessions,  private events/parties, corporate classes, workshops and studio rentals.

 

Aerial Arts Waitlist Policy: If an aerial arts class is full, you have the option to be added to the waitlist for that evening. You will be notified at least 3-hours prior to class time if a space opens. Once you have been added to class, the cancellation policy applies.
Late Cancellation Fees:  If an aerial arts class is cancelled inside of 3-hours prior to class, a late cancellation fee will automatically be incurred. For class pack holders, one class will be deducted from their package. Drop-ins, trial members, monthly or annual members will be charged for one drop-in class ($32).

 

Aerial Arts Class Policies

 

  • Students are not permitted to mount apparatus (silks, hammocks, trapeze, hoop) before class begins or anytime an instructor is not present.
  • Students are welcome and encouraged to come early to warm up in the gym area or the yoga space if it’s available.
  • Students are only to work on exercises, moves and sequences given by the instructor during each class. There will be occasional times at the end of class for students to practice moves of their choice.
  • Students, including other qualified instructors, taking class are not to instruct to other students.
  • Silks and hoop classes are for ages 14 and up. Hammock classes are for ages 12 and up.
  • No jewelry on silks and hammocks.
  • Only students registered for class are permitted in the studio.
  • It is the prerogative of all instructors to request that a student not participate in a specific activity for their safety and the safety of others. Instructors may ask students not to participate due to alcohol or drug use, sleep deprivation, injury, illness and any other activity that hampers their ability to participate safely and responsibly in the class.
