We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for ALL AERIAL ARTS & POP-UP CLASSES. For unlimited members (including trials), if a student cancels inside of the 12-hour window or does show for class, a $15 cancellation fee will AUTOMATICALLY be applied to their account. Drop-ins and class pack holders will lose the class.
Aerial Arts Waitlist Policy: If an aerial arts class is full, you have the option to be added to the waitlist for that evening. You will be notified at least 1-hour prior to class time if a space opens. Once you have been added to class, the cancellation policy applies.

  • Students are welcome and encouraged to come early to warm up in the gym area or the yoga space if it’s available.
  • Students are only to work on exercises, moves and sequences given by the instructor during each class. There will be occasional times at the end of class for students to practice moves of their choice.
  • Students, including other qualified instructors, taking class are not to instruct to other students.
  • All aerial arts classes (unless specified) are for ages 16 and up.
  • No jewelry on silks and hammocks.
  • Only students registered for class are permitted in the studio.
  • It is the prerogative of all instructors to request that a student not participate in a specific activity for their safety and the safety of others. Instructors may ask students not to participate due to alcohol or drug use, sleep deprivation, injury, illness and any other activity that hampers their ability to participate safely and responsibly in the class.
